Quantum’s CEO Charlie Gerow was a featured speaker at Campaigns & Elections Magazine’s Second Annual Reed Awards and Seminar.
Held in Washington, D.C. on Friday, January 29th, 2010, Gerow joined a panel of public relations professionals to discuss how to best “Stop a Crisis Before it Becomes One.”
During his presentation, Gerow emphasized important strategies to prepare for and deal with any crisis. Gerow gave the following steps to best handle a crisis:
- Don’t overreact
- Tell it early
- Tell it all
- Tell it yourself
- Get back to business!
