Dave Reel’s thirty plus years of experience in government affairs, issue advocacy, strategic planning and association management makes him an integral part of Quantum’s Issues Management Team.

Dave’s strategic counsel has been recognized with numerous national awards for excellence in public affairs and organizational management.

After working full time in Quantum’s Harrisburg office in 2003 to 2004, Dave is now in Annapolis where he focuses on special assignments for Quantum in Maryland and Virginia.

Dave holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives. He has also attended the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Advanced Institute for Organization Management.

Dave has served on the Adjunct Faculty at the University of Virginia’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies and the Faculty of the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management.

Dave has a BA (With Distinction) in Political Science and an MPA in Public Administration from Penn State.
