Ellen Hathaway Janoski is a key player on Quantum’s Political Campaign Management Team. Ellen helps candidates develop their campaign strategy, frame their message, engage voters, prepare for the media and mobilize supporters.

A specialist in direct mail and field programs, Ellen has worked on political campaigns for candidates ranging from President of the United States to those seeking state and local government offices.

Ellen joined Quantum Communications after working as the National Grassroots Coordinator for the Leadership Institute in Arlington, Virginia. There she traveled across the United States, teaching campaign workshops and consulting candidates on how to run effective political campaigns.

Ellen is also an accomplished media personality having worked for KMHT Radio - hosting several shows on the “Talk of East Texas”.

Ellen is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in American Government.
