Fred Keller Video Spot :: Produced for 2010 Campaign

Quantum's 2010 production for Fred Keller - candidate for Pennsylvania's 85th Legislative District.

Goldmine Beneath Our Feet :: Produced for the PA Gas Association

Quantum produced "Goldmine Beneath Our Feet" for the Pennsylvania Gas Association in 2009. This was a sister project to "Lifelines Beneath Our Streets" and also featured on From The Ground Up.

The Cold Shoulder :: Produced for the PA Gas Association

Quantum produced "The Cold Shoulder" for the Pennsylvania Gas Association in 2008.  This video describes the Low Income Housing Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), and Pennsylvania's Department of Public Welfare's refusal to release federal funds prior to November 3, 2008.  State government leaders gave many needy Pennsylvanians "the cold shoulder."
