            &lt;h3&gt;Staruch Serves On Academy Selection Committee&lt;/h3&gt;
Harrisburg, PA:&lt;br /&gt;Quantum &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;COO&lt;/span&gt; Scott Staruch has been asked to serve on U.S. Senator Arlen Specter’s Academy Selection Committee for the Central Pennsylvania Region.  Scott, a former Staff Assistant to Senator Specter who comes from a family of military service, was honored by the opportunity.  Scott described the experience as reassuring that the education system in Pennsylvania is producing extremely intelligent, athletic and confident young men and women, many of whom will be excellent military leaders.  Scott looks forward to continuing to serve on the Committee.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Gerow Named to Foundation Board&lt;/h3&gt;

Quantum Communications &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;CEO&lt;/span&gt; Charlie Gerow has been elected to the Board of Directors  of the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge. Founded in 1949, the Freedoms Foundation is a non-profit organization designed to educate and inspire an awareness of the principles upon which America was founded and the responsibilities of citizens in a free society.&lt;br /&gt;

Charlie has been a longtime supporter of the Foundation.  For the past several years he has served on the Foundation’s National Council of Trustees.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Keystone State Games, Inc. and recently served as a Presidential Appointee on the Benjamin Franklin Tercentenary Commission. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Talk Show Host taps Charlie Gerow&lt;/h3&gt;

Gary’s three-hour talk show is the top rated morning program in South Central Pennsylvania.  “Charlie’s previous experience both on TV and radio combined with his knowledge of the business and political scene makes him perfect for my audience,” Gary says.  “With his contacts in government, business and media, he gets great guests. When Campaigns &#38; Elections magazine held its three-day annual event in Washington, DC this year, Quantum Communications &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;CEO&lt;/span&gt; Charlie Gerow was one of the featured speakers.  Tracy Allman Dietz, Director of Political Programs and Operations for C&#38;E chose Charlie to host an &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;SRO&lt;/span&gt; seminar on Appearing on Television: How to Hold Your Own. “Charlie has hosted his own TV show, has appeared on &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;CNN&lt;/span&gt;, CSPAN and lots more.  He knows how to ‘ace’ every TV appearance.  Charlie was the perfect person to teach those traits to others” Allman Dietz said.

&lt;h3&gt;Staruch Featured Speaker at Rotary Luncheon&lt;/h3&gt;

When the Lancaster Rotary Club wanted to get a handle of the social, political and economic impact of a possible “Avian Bird Flu Pandemic”, they called on Scott Staruch, Quantum Communications &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;COO&lt;/span&gt;.  For months, Scott has been amassing reams of information, interviewing experts in the medical field and in Federal, State and local government agencies and First Responders on the realities of the threat and our ability to handle the situation.  “This is a potential problem on so many levels that it boggles the mind.  If there were an outbreak of Bird Flu, everyone would be affected.  Transportation of goods could cease, there would be shortages of just about everything, the ripple effect would touch us all,” Scott told his audience of business and professional leaders.

    <title>Charlie Gerow</title>

            Charlie Gerow is a recognized leader in strategic communications.  Charlie leads the strategy development for Quantum Communications and heads the Public Relations group and Media Training team.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

A former aide to President Ronald Reagan and Congressional candidate, Charlie has extensive media experience himself, having appeared on all of the major national networks and as a frequent guest on national radio outlets.  He has been featured on CNN’s “Inside Politics” and has regularly appeared on CSPAN and Pennsylvania’s PCN.  For the past several years he has served as the political analyst for WHP-TV21, the Harrisburg, Pa. CBS affiliate. He regularly guest hosts talk radio programs. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Charlie Gerow is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law and has been a Pennsylvania lawyer for more than 25 years.  He also has a distinguished teaching career, having held adjunct faculty positions at Lebanon Valley College, Dickinson College and, most recently, as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Management at Gettysburg College.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Charlie is very active in the community and serves on a number of Boards including the Keystone State Games, Inc. and serves on the National Council of Trustees of the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge. In 2003 he was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve on the Benjamin Franklin Tercentenary Commission.  He is a Life Member of the Pennsylvania Society and is a Commissioned Colonel in the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.  He has been elected both as a Delegate and an Alternate Delegate to the Republican National Convention and has been appointed as an Alternate Delegate-at-Large.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
