Jessica Swan graduated from Shippensburg University with honors in Communications Journalism with a Business Minor. An active member of Shippensburg University TV, Jessica served as news anchor/reporter, news producer, and was chosen by her peers to serve as Executive Producer/News Director of the college television station during her senior year. Jessica earned honors for excellence in script writing and as Anchor of the Year.
Jessica has held prior positions in the news departments of WHTM-TV ABC 27 of Harrisburg and WHAG-TV NBC 25 of Hagerstown, Maryland, focusing her coverage on each state’s legislature.
Jessica joined Quantum Communications in November of 2006. At Quantum, Jessica uses her media experience and knowledge of the media planning, coverage and delivery process to assist Quantum clients from media training, media relations and overall communications strategy.
